Prominent hypermeatbolic GEJ activity and diffuse heterogenous hypermetabolic proximal stomacn tesser and greater curvature wall thickening, suvmax= 10.9
• Another prominent hypermetabolic gastric pylorus activity, SUVmax=8.8
• Few small subcentemetric mildly hypermetabolic gastrohepatic lymph nodes.
Uterus appears bulky and showing heterogenous mild-moderate hypermetabolic intrauterine activity SUVmax= 6.4.
Impression
Hypermetabolic malignant GEJ, proximal stomach and pylorus wall thickening with mildly hypermetabolic potentially metastatic few small subcentemetric gastrohepatic lymph nodes.
Bulky uterus with mild-moderate hypermetabolic intrauterine activity, for gynecological evaluation.
No definite evidence of any other hypermetabolic suspecious lesions in this study.
