There is a retroperitoneal lesion showing mixed density cystic and enhancing soft tissue part that seen anterior to the left psoas muscle lateral to the left of aorta that extent from L2 vertebral body to L3 measures 2.3 x 2.6 x 5.4 cm, no internal calcification or fat component. Differential diagnosis are retroperitoneal sarcoma, paraganglioma, necrotic lymph node.
