Findings
Abdomen CT scan with IV contrast: No significant changes regarding the previous mentioned multiple abnormally enlarged perigastric lymph nodes noted medial to the lesser curvature, the largest measures 2.4 cm x 1.7 cm no focal liver lesion. No intrahepatic biliary dilatation. Gallbladder appears unremarkable. Spleen, pancreas, both kidneys, adrenal glands appear grossly normal apart from multiple left renal low attenuation cortical cysts. Lower GI tract appear unremarkable. No intra-abdominal or pelvic free fluid. No significant para-aortic lymph node enlargement.
Impression / Conclusion
Same as previously enlarged peri gastric lymph nodes Multiple left renal low attenuation cortical cysts
