Hypermetabolic potentially malignant liver lesion, mostly originating from the biliary tree and highly suspicious cholangiocarcinoma, tissue confirmation is mandatory. Hypermetabolic potentially metastatic process involving multiple lymph nodes groups within neck, chest and abd, both lungs and bone.
